Our client is a leading travel and tours company with branches in the UAE and Oman, offering a wide range of travel solutions to clients across the region. We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who is fluent in Russian and English to join our client in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and increasing sales revenue through upselling and cross-selling of our travel packages.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and tourism industry
* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
* Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients
* Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
* Manage sales pipelines and track progress against targets
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in sales in the hospitality or tourism industry
* Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
