Job Description:
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company in the Saudi Arabian market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products and services, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including potential clients and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and industry influencers.
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and network with potential clients.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the automation machinery or manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
