Job Description:
As the Operating Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in Saudi Arabia. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and maximizing productivity across all departments.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure timely production, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supply chain logistics to maintain adequate stock levels and meet customer demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to align operational activities with business objectives.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices and process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and drive innovation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or automation industry.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
