About the Role
We are a growing recruitment business seeking a highly motivated and experienced freelance business development representative to help us generate new leads and grow our customer base. As a freelance business development representative, you will be working on a commission-based structure, with the potential for significant earnings.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking
* Build relationships with potential clients and understand their recruitment needs
* Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to target new clients and industries
* Convert leads into paying customers through effective sales and marketing strategies
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities
* Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
*Requirements:*
* 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
* Proven track record of generating new business leads and converting them into paying customers
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Preference given to candidates with their own visa (to facilitate smooth onboarding and compliance)
